Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms govern the provision of services by NGO “LEM Station” (hereinafter — the Organisation) on lemstation.com. By ordering or paying for any service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
- Coworking — rental of a workstation or meeting room by the hour or day.
- Commercial Spaces — long-term rental of office and commercial premises.
- Event Platform — rental of halls and technical equipment for events.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed via the website form or directly at the office. Payment is made online through the WayForPay payment service, or in cash / by bank transfer at the office.
Payment methods: Visa / Mastercard bank card, bank transfer (for legal entities).
A service is considered confirmed once the Organisation has received full payment and sent a confirmation to the client.
4. Service Delivery Timelines
Access to premises is provided at the agreed time in accordance with the selected rate or contract. Specific timelines are determined at the time of booking.

5. Refund Conditions
A client may cancel a service and receive a refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellation 48+ hours before the start — 100% refund.
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before the start — 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start — no refund.
For long-term commercial space rentals, refund conditions are defined individually in the rental agreement.
6. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact us using the contact details listed on the website. Refunds are issued to the same card or account used for the original payment within 5–7 business days.
7. Cancellation by the Organisation
If the Organisation is unable to provide the service due to its own fault, the client receives a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Event Organiser Partners
Certain events at the LEM Station venue are organised and conducted by third parties — legal entities (LLC) or individual entrepreneurs (FOP) — acting under a service agreement with LLC «LEM STATION». In such cases, the contracting party with event participants is the respective organiser.
All events are conducted under the same terms and conditions set out in this document for LLC «LEM STATION», including payment, cancellation, and refund procedures. Responsibility for the organisation and conduct of a specific event rests with its organiser.
